Hillsboro Rush is pleased to announce a partnership with TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community based soccer program designed for athletes with physical, mental, or social disabilities - regardless of category/classification ages 4 to Adult.

Hillsboro Rush TOPSoccer aims to provide access to the amazing sport of soccer through thoughtful and deliberate activities that encourage the growth of athletic skill, the opportunity to make friends, and to develop a love for the game – All at a pace that meets the needs of the individual athlete, whatever that pace may be.

USYS TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a recreational sports program for children and adults with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities that is offered only through local USYS-affiliated soccer clubs.  TOPSoccer provides our members with an opportunity to play soccer in a uniquely structured environment that is safe, fun, supportive, and inclusive.


The Hillsboro Rush TOPSoccer is a 6 week program with 3 distinct groups (teams) that will allow Rush TOPSoccer coaches to organize the athletes into more ability centric teams for a more enjoyable experience. Each team will have their own unique weekly session developed to the talents and needs of the individuals on each team. 

*Assignment for individual teams is dependent upon many factors including: age, ability, specific personal situations, etc. 

Pending approval, classes will be Tuesdays from 5 to 7pm, April 4th to May 16th, at Rosedale Elementary gymnasium


TOPSoccer registration fees include TOPSoccer t-shirt for the athlete, adaptive/modified equipment, risk management, insurance, coaching education, facility rental.
