Hillsboro Rush is pleased to announce a partnership with US Youth Soccer’s TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) program; a community-based soccer program designed for athletes with physical, mental, or social disabilities - regardless of category/classification, ages 4 to adult. TOPSoccer provides our members with a structured environment that is safe, fun, supportive, and inclusive.

Hillsboro Rush TOPSoccer aims to provide access to the amazing sport of soccer through thoughtful and deliberate activities that encourage the growth of athletic skill, the opportunity to make friends, and to develop a love for the game – All at a pace that meets the needs of the individual athlete, whatever that pace may be.
