Andrea grew up playing soccer and played for Aloha's HS Varsity and Multi-Cultural team. After graduating, she had the opportunity to coach the Aloha HS Multicultural team. She is a full time student in college, and has been coaching with Rush since 2021. She likes running, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Eric played collegiate club soccer at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He as a USSF D license and has coached for Rush since 2002 as well as served on the board of directors for 7 years. He has three kids who have all played at Rush.

Madeleine has played soccer almost her whole life, from 1st grade through college, and then futsal, pickup, and most recently 6v6 games in Spain. She has also been an educator or education-adjacent for over 20 years. Back in Hillsboro, and thanks to her niece's insistence, she started coaching with Hillsboro Rush in 2023, and looks forward to helping guide and encourage young players in their development in the game.

With over 30 years of playing experience, Rolando joins us from his native Guatemala, where he played at the National U-16 level. He played semi-professionally from 1981-87, before coming to the US. Since then, he has coached at Forest Grove and Tigard HS and coached with Rush for 3 years now.
